Daily Reset Shake and RS Complete Bundle

I never thought I could be a "protein shake girl"

I always said I hated "drinking my food," and I still stand by that. But there comes a time in life (midlife menopause for me) when one has to decide the path of least resistance. "How will I ever meet my daily protein and fiber goals if I keep doing what I'm doing?" I tried a handful of different protein shake brands and they all ended up in the trash--tasted okay the first two times but by day 3, they were chalky or weirdly sweet. To be honest, I didn't expect Daily Reset to be any better. Fortunately, I was wrong. No weird aftertaste and it has a pleasant flavor. Now I start each day off on the right foot with a good balance of protein and resistant starch--I even throw some chia seeds and RS complete in for a little extra boost. It's been an important key in hitting my nutritional goals every day.

Daily Reset Chocolate and RS Complete

I feel better after drinking these and enjoy them just with water and ice blended.

Bundle of health

Love it!
