I ordered 4 bamboo, three 2 gallon and one 1 gallon, plants and received them without any tags. the plants were packaged really nicely and they all look good. Frustrated I contacted support and they contacted me on the weekend via email to sort it out. I sent pcs over and even though i was frustrated they answered all my question in time over a long memorial day weekend. They are a good nursery and good have plants and support. I will be buying from them again.

BAD, BAD, BAD

I paid $115 for a 3-gallon mango. It came and in the pot was a 3" rootball. So, of course, when, as appropriate, I removed the plant, all the soil fell away, and with that tiny rootball exposed, the plant died--despite my being an expert gardener. I instantly planted it in the appropriate mix and pot and put it in the shade for the few-day acclimation period. At at the first sign of wilting, I covered it with shade cloth. The plant died anyway. I called for a replacement--They should NOT be selling a just-uppotted tiny plant as a 3 gallon. But they refused to send a replacement. Bad, bad, bad.

Happy with my little Pickering! I’ve bought a bunch of different tropical fruit trees (5 or 6 mango trees) from Everglades and all are doing well. All of the young grafted trees wanting to flower like crazy, which is a good sign, but I want them to grow for a few years before holding fruit.
