Finally a healthy looking shipped plant

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the Mango tree I ordered from Everglades Farm. The packing was expert and the tree appeared very healthy. Once planted, the tree has shown no signs of difficulty. I ordered 3 other fruit trees from Everglades farm and will be ordering from them again.

Had Potential, But Fell Short

"Thank you for following up on my order of the Sugar apple, Longan, Mango, and Sapodilla trees. I wanted to let you know that they originally arrived in very poor condition due to inadequate packaging. The tops of three trees were snapped off because the younger branches weren't protected, and many small branches were broken and completely dry. I am not looking for any compensation, but I wanted to give you this feedback so you can improve your shipping methods for future customers. The good news is that after some care, the trees are looking a lot better now. They have survived and are still alive!"

Great Support and Plants

I ordered 4 bamboo, three 2 gallon and one 1 gallon, plants and received them without any tags. the plants were packaged really nicely and they all look good. Frustrated I contacted support and they contacted me on the weekend via email to sort it out. I sent pcs over and even though i was frustrated they answered all my question in time over a long memorial day weekend. They are a good nursery and good have plants and support. I will be buying from them again.
