Poor customer service

Phoned twice to ask if I could switch 3 out of 8 Benny bully sticks purchased. The 3 were not wide like advertised. No reply. Nothing. Very disappointed. What do I have to do to get what I ordered. Asked to speak to Gerry but she is under the weather
