Antique 1.75 Ct Pear Cut Lab Created Opal Bridal Set

The opal starting changing colors a week after I got it. Then the opal broke in half and when I contacted shygems for a refund or exchange nothing was given.

We got the ring in September of last year it lost a small dimond no big deal it was cheap but the one thing is its yellowing big time the opal we keep it out of water and clean it gently so not sure...

we were sent a wrong ring with the wrong stone, than a few weeks after we received the correct ring, the ring was split in half. it was just cheap and our fault for only spending that much
