Massaman Thai Curry Paste

Delicious and authentic massaman curry

Repeat ordered this massaman paste as it is absolutely delicious. Rich, warm and comforting, with so much more depth of flavour than an off the shelf paste. I have made this with beef and duck, both of which worked really well. I like to add an extra splash of fish sauce and a squeeze of lime to finish. Highly recommend!

I've had products from this supplier before, they are excellent quality. I made the massaman curry last week, I braised some beef before hand and added it to the sauce, it was really nice.
