Stunning design, for a pendant manufactured to order. Perfect customer service, a flexible and accommodating company. The recipient loved the product, which is the most important thing.

This was bought as a birthday gift for a friend. She is over the moon with it.
I cannot fault the customer service. Due to timescales I arranged for it to be delivered directly to my friend but wasn't expecting it to arrive until after her birthday but I entered a wishful thinking date for delivery anyway. To my complete surprise and joy it was delivered on time. Absolutely wonderful, thank you very much.
