It took 9 days and 4 emails for the order to arrive. I understand there can be availability and logistical issues, especially with small businesses but this could have been a much better experience even with the delay, had the business been proactive in communicating the reasons for the delay and followed up on it, until the order was delivered. The products however, are great.

Terrible tea - bitter, even smelled wrong. Customer service pretty much said too bad, so sad. Will not order from here again. Satisfaction is definitely not guaranteed.
