Sicilian Provolone with Pistachio

We received our 2 provolone/pistachio halves a few weeks ago. We were concerned as the ice pack was thawed even though it was winter but we live in a climate that yo-yo’s frequently. That said the pistachio flavor is not discernible. Since the cheese is a soft provolone it also naturally has a very, very mild flavor. I also ordered pistachio hard salami from another domestic (USA) provider, it too has no flavor enhancement. Only reason we did not give “5 stars”. Pistachio seems only able to convey its essence in gelato ideally!
