Well, it definitely keeps things cold. I like that I don’t like how small it is for two pens, which is what I bought. I can barely fit two pens in there once I soaked it in the water. It swelled up so big. I barely could get anything in there and then I took it with me on the first day and there was no room for needles in there and I forgot to bring them so I just had the cool pen but couldn’t use it the next time I had to wet it and I took it with me. The bottom of my purse was all soaking wet. I’m not really thrilled with it. Maybe I needed to buy a bigger one I don’t know I think the whole point was I wanted something that I could just carry with me

Works for my insulin on trips.
