ABS Roof Seal 41'

We needed to replace the roof seal after removing the top of the ABS roof that de laminated from the fiberglass underneath. We used 3 gallons of Grizzly Grip to fill in the fiberglass and coat the sides of the roof that was not bubbled. Adding the roof seal is easier with 2 people and a rubber mallet with the roof up about 8 to 10 inches. Had the seal out in the sun for a half hour to make it easier to install. Only took about 20 minutes with 2 people. Looks like new. Hope it holds up for another 25 years. Thanks to Coleman Popup Parts for helping to keep the Coleman trailers in good shape.

The new seal was exactly what my wife and I needed to redo the top of our new to us 2000 Coleman Sun Valley pop up trailer! It’s high quality and we had a few feet left to spare! We did order it in early June however thinking it’d be here in plenty of time for our annual 4th of July trip and once it got within a week of the trip and still hadn’t arrived we were getting nervous. It was wonderful to be able to find the exact Coleman replacement part I need and to also have a video available to show me how to replace the gasket.
