Brilliant - huge difference!!!

Love this Creatine! Was a little nervous about starting Creatine because of the scarey thought of fluid retention !!! Being a menopausal 55 year old - extra fluid ain't what I need!!! I have noticed a improvement with my brain fog and no extra fluid on board!! This is my second packet of Creatine!

Basic & works well

No flavour. Mixes okay can be slightly gritty but this doesn’t affect usability at all. We usually mix with a little fruit juice to trigger more efficient uptake :)

Good price, less packaging

This is great - cheaper than Musashi and the bag can be recycled with soft plastics.
