Printed Ribbon Back Cap

I am very disappointed with this theatre cap as the material of the cloth was extremely thin and sheer compared to the other 2 (pink/navy blue ones) that I have ordered. The other 2 were made from higher quality thicker cloth. Besides, the word on the 2nd line does not display well due to the colour of the font as you can see from the photos - this clearly differs from what was displayed on your website as well. This is not what I expect from a well known theatre cap business like yours. Is it possible to request for this grey theatre cap in better quality cloth like the other 2 or a full refund? Please assist me in this matter. Thank you.

These are a great fit for me, with good coverage of my forehead, plenty of room for my hair, and a snug fit due to the tie/elastic combo. I would love more colours and patterns.
