A Boost, but You'll still need the Star Build

The Universe booster gives you the plavsky power gate effects parts and the universe booster module for upgrading your HG or RG star build strikes or any other compatible figure...but you're still missing some effects, in specific the plavsky wing parts that come as a pack-in item for the start Build Strike HG. Meaning if you want the full intended display effect for the star build or any unit using star build components, you'll need to buy both and then have the spare universe booster lying around...but why though? Ironically, The MG release of the Universe Booster which upgrades the MG Build Strike Full package does this more right, and includes both the power gate and plavsky wing effect parts for a full unit upgrade, it's just disappointing the HG release could not do the same.
