What’s up with selling chargers separately? I’ve never bought any technology that doesn’t come with a charger. From a consumer standpoint this just seems extremely greedy. Not only am I paying for the band, but now I have to go spend more money to keep it charged? Quite frankly, if this isn’t resolved I’ll send the product back, because what’s the point of having something I can’t even charge. Outrageous!!

Doesn’t tell you, but it doesn’t come with a charger and you also have to order their specific charger. Kind of a hassle especially because you would assume that for what you’re paying for the product it would at least come with the charger as well…

For it to be a “Pro” model, it does not perform as described. I didn’t read the reviews until after I purchased the unit and I wish I had read them. Many others have the same experience. The vibration is not significant enough to wake a deep sleeper. I’d hate to know how the normal unit works if this is the pro model. I’ll go back to my 7 alarms that actually wake me. The setup was not difficult, the instructions were easy to follow, it just doesn’t work. I’m very disappointed in the performance considering what it costs.
