250ml Speed Flask

I had to buy two as first one did not work out. I suggest instructions are included to bite down on rubber part. I was aware to twist to open but no water was coming out even when I used it liked a straw. I even contacted the company to ask if rubber part should be removed. They say yes and then ignored me when when it was established the rubber part should not be removed. I thought this was poor customer service. However I am happy with the product..

It’s great stuff I’ve always struggled with gels this is a game changer

It just doesn’t suit to carry when full ,, great product , it’s just a personal preference
