Have been using gels for years and it took time to find the right ones, but still struggled. I sea swim, cycle, run and fueling becomes very important. I use the 200ml small pouch to replace gels and two 500ml water bottles on long spins. And so far. That works for my 100k spins and long runs.

For someone picky like me with flavors I loved plain Jane! It is really plain! Loved the flask too and have been using it for my long runs while training for Dublin Marathon. 💪♥️

I haven't tried it during a run but drank it the day before and morning off the race. I actually got my best time even when it was the honest run I have completed
