Horrible customer service!

I purchased two the Nest’s, among other things from this shop. I was disappointed that they came with a small clear square, instead of the blue drop, actually misplacing one in the process because nothing was mentioned about the substitution. I spent a large amount at this shop, but when I asked if I could possibly get another square, was told no. After several communications, the most I was offered was free shipping if I purchase another, which totally defeated the purpose as I would still be short a square. I wanted to return the other Nest (because no blue drop), and I also received a chipped vase and was blown off. She saiid she would “do better next time.” As if. The worst customer service experience in my life.
