I have a cleaning company and I bought a vacuum (Gv8) back in 2022, and let me tell you, this still work like brand new!!! that’s my favorite and I use it daily, I had have to replace a part due to normal wear and I get it so quick. They respond my questions via email immediately if I do it during business hours, or the day after when I contact them after hours. I highly recommend it.

Made it work

I'm giving four stars because the floor tool did not fit my vacuum. My vacuum is a few years old and they must have changed the diameter of the adapter because it did not fit. I had to take apart the tool and use the part from my old adapter so that it would fit my vacuum. It was a minor inconvience and the tube coming from the adapter is visibly worn because it's old, however I love this vacuum so much I didn't mind too much. I'm am overall satisfied with my purchase and as previously stated I Love this vacuum.
