Bit of a glitch

I've bought a lot of gear from Chris and UKBK in the past, with zero problems and excellent tools. On this occasion there was bit of a problem with ordering, but AL did his very best to sort it out to my satisfaction. I still have every confidence in buying from these guys.

Bit bumpy

There were some issues, but AL worked hard to sort them out (and succeeded), so five stars all round. A contact telephone number would have helped though.

My parcel arrived promptly and included everything I ordered. I can't review the product because I'm new to locksport so I don't have a comparison but the order process was easy enough and the package arrived with no issues. I I'll definitely make purchases here again.
