Great alternative to a separate bipod

I think it’s a great way to utilize the trekking poles for a bipod rest. I use black diamond. The only reason it’s a 4 star and not a 5 is I have foam below my handles which the mounts don’t fit very well around at the top. I’m afraid they’ll crack and break if I force it and the screws aren’t long enough so they’re mounted a bit lower than I’d prefer but will still be just fine. Some of their marketing pictures show them mounted higher up on a black diamond but I can’t get mine there with the provided screws. Still highly recommend.

Sweet Piece of Gear

Have not had an opportunity to take it out and use in the field yet but playing around the house I can tell the quick-stix is legit. I already carry trekking poles and a bipod, usually get s tuck in a spot where terrain dictates my bipod unusable so and now instead of using a half-decent shooting position off a bag I can get into a good supported option in all terrain.
