Awesome present for our son

We bought a ukelele a few weeks ago as a surprise for our son's 6th birthday, as he has recently developed an interest in playing the instrument after encountering it at school. We ordered online, but from the very start, the customer service had been superb--the uke was even upgraded at no extra cost! That had also been on top of the quality freebies that already came with the purchase. The craftsmanship of the ukelele itself is also very, very good. We pointed out that fact to our son (that this wasn't a mere toy and he had to take care of it), and it's heartwarming seeing him gently put the ukelele back into its case and box whenever he's done for the day. We are yet to start watching the free tutorial videos that are being sent on a regular basis, but we are already in awe of the dedication the team has in giving customers top-quality experience, and in helping customers develop a better appreciation of playing the instrument.
