Came with broken zip.

Great bag, fits my ukulele well. However, once I took it out of the packaging I realised my bag had come with a broken zip. I contacted the company via email and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me two new zips and a free capo. I would recommend this bag for anyone looking to take their ukulele on adventures as it has two straps on the back, and a handle as well. Delivery was exceptionally fast!

The bag fits my ukulele perfectly and feels as if it is quite strong also. The lining is gorgeous and a blind friend who was sitting beside me felt it and was most envious.

Great little case for my uke, the staff were very helpful in helping me choose the right sized case & delivery was super fast! Highly recommended 👍
