Pink GLO balls

Really disappointing customer service. I understand this is a young/small business, and I’m always happy to support smaller companies, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I contacted the company across multiple platforms and received no response. After weeks of waiting with no update, I eventually had to find a phone number online and try calling. The call wasn’t answered, but I then received a text asking who I was. I had ordered the product as a birthday gift and was left waiting for weeks with no follow-up or communication whatsoever. The product did eventually arrive, but by that point the experience had been very disappointing. I appreciate that delays can happen, especially with a small business, but keeping customers informed is basic customer service. A simple message or update would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again.

After fixing the problem with the balls cracking. Very good to take ownership of the problem aswell, very lovely to deal with. Top class

Already cracking within 5 mins of use. Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. STAY AWAY!!
