Perfection with a caveat

The material is soft, fine, rather tensile. My go-to for formal dress or regalia. The only thing I will say is that it is light as a feather and depending how you tie it, you may have to tighten the knot and be prepared for the wind to blow it about. That is acceptable, however -no one ties a waterfall, or "coachman", who doesn't already embody momentum. It is worth it. You will know you have become experienced when you don't need to retie it even after a full day of wearing it.
