Lungs with flowers - Enamel pin

A pin with a positive attitude!

I have never considered lungs as glamorous, and when I developed non small cell Alk pos lung cancer in my left lung I liked them even less! This pin however is beautiful and representative of the healing I have had had and the new relationship I have with my lungs. I posted in social media within the lung cancer community and so many of my posse have visited Codex Anatomicus since. A great, high quality product which I love!

My daughter loves to draw & loves flowers. She actually drew a set of lung and this pin reminded me of her picture. Also she got accepted into nursing school so this starts her medical pin collections. We also got the heart pin.
