DRIFT JOGGER SHORTS - GREY

Nice products, sizes small, but thats all good about it. Thsi shop has no customer servoce at all. It took over 2 weeks for the item to be delivered, jours sepnt on chatting with AI assisstant, no human being following up or actioning. As the size is small, had to return it and againg it’s been 10 days since item was posted , 7 woeking days since accepting the item at warehouse/shop, and still no action , updated status or email , and obviously no money has been refund yet. And you are charging £5 for delivery, which cost less that£4, and “free returns” mean £3 admin fee. All this sounds just ridiculous. It’s 1 month of dealing with as simple thing as buying shorts on line - delivery- return- refund. And it’s not complieted yet. Definetly not recommended, unless you are lucky with sizes and no need to deal with any issues.
