If I could give this zero stars I would

I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service for 2 weeks no one has gotten back to me My order has not moved since Feb 10th and I believe it’s lost. No one will reply so I can try to get a replacement so this is my last resort before I call my bank. This is really disappointing as I love this brand but seriously no one can reply?

Love them but had some trouble from the start

I like these very much, I've had ordered two pairs of this model a year before and they last me a good 9 months. This time they were on sale so I ordered 5 pairs and at the first wear, one of them completely rip off, so I don't know if it's just bad luck or if the quality have decreased but now I'm always weary that my thights have ripped off and always checking myself.
