I've seen this one go in and out of stock quite frequently, over the past few years, so I was pleased and excited to (finally) land one. It is even more beautiful than the photos and sounds good as well. Customer Service is excellent, I got fast replies and great help through email. BEST Accessory Kit of any company anywhere, it adds tons of value to this beautiful instrument. I've been to a few Open Mics with this, everybody asks where it came from, where to get one ... and everybody loves to hold, examine and play it. Fantastic ukulele--great sound and gorgeous

I was a little hesitant about getting spalted maple because it's not a usual tonewood. I'm happy to report the ukulele sounds great, has good sustain, and is absolutely gorgeous! I really like that I was able to select my preferred uke from the supplied photos on the web page. The Yarramundi bag is also very beautiful and very well constructed with good padding. I really like the hefty zipper pull tabs, too--so easy to find and grab. I'm thrilled with my purchase and am really enjoying playing this ukulele. As for customer service, I made several contacts by email, and the responses were quick and all my questions were answered. Outstanding service!
