Bottle Bundle

Finally found an alternative to Gels, in the past I had stomach issues with the Gels and I tried a good few different types, the Speed dust works great, the last race which was the Longford half I had a 500ml collapsible bottle with me with two scoops of the raspberry flavour which lasted for the full event and no stomach issues, got use to carry it on the long runs so no affect in a race, would recommend it and have a few of the run group on it now as well.

Only running since last September, so training for longer races has only begun in the last month or two, and I went straight to it! Off the back of recommendations in my running club! One word! Class! Couldn't do the long runs without it, and it’s so handy, so impressed with it! And I recommend it to anyone who asks me :)

Fantastic stuff, really is the best on the market and have introduced it to so many other athletes in the North of Ireland
