Only running since last September, so training for longer races has only begun in the last month or two, and I went straight to it! Off the back of recommendations in my running club! One word! Class! Couldn't do the long runs without it, and it’s so handy, so impressed with it! And I recommend it to anyone who asks me :)

This is a game changer for my long runs. No more hitting the wall , it provides me with a level and sustained energy source throughout my run. Very easy to take, no gastro issues. I will never again do a long run without this product. Looking forward to using it for Tryka in October.
