Standard Neoprene Pup Hood

Customer service was horrible and the staff very rude. I recieved tracking only when complaining that I was not able to get the status of my order. The item was received damaged and not in new/pristine condition. Never purchasing from this company again.

Bought 2 hoods for 2 separate people, an XL for me and an S for my friend. Both of us haven't been able to get a hood that fit us from Mr S leather as they were too big/small respectively, but both hoods fits perfectly. They came with ear holes and glasses holes which was amazing. The ears are adjustable and I love the eye brow choices
