Fit for my size 12 NiKE's was spot on. Super comfortable with a rebound in each step. Knees and feer feel less pressure. Added socks and those are also great. I need to check if they have quarter crew size in the socks. Overall insoles and socks 10/10!

Loved these! Wore them for miles of walking in my ASICS GT-2000 shoes and they were incredibly comfortable…definitely reduced foot fatigue!

Tested them out on a small portion of the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania that was extremely rocky. Some areas of the trail in were just boulders to climb over. I only did about 10 miles and the Mboo soles and so far so good. No blisters or hot spots.
