It’s arrived on time and was well packaged it’s a nice little bag a bit smaller than I thought it was on the photo on your website and the colour it was more of a tan than a beige colour I wasn’t sure about the retain procedure so therefore I did not return it

Really like the back pack but unfortunately some of the stitching has come away on the anti theft pocket as I was on holiday and it being my only bag I had to stitch it up .

Excellent. I thought it wouldn't be big enough as it looked very small on unpacking but it really fits the description. It's been in use every day since I received it. Only thing missing is a holder for a water bottle. Great value for money. Post was slow.
