Persian Chilli Lip Liner is versatile and easy to use. I use it with Inanna Honey, Gaia Spice and Vesta Red lipsticks. I like it especially because it doesn't make a statement but rather, it blends with the lipstick to give a lovely finish, also preventing the colour from bleeding.
