My experience with the soap itself has always been good (i used it at my chiropractor's office, which is what led me to order it for myself). However, the shipment was subpar. I got 6 bottles of baby shampoo that I didn't order, and there was a hole in the refill bag, so it poured over everything, saturated the box, etc. I'm hoping it waa just a fluke and there aren't issues with future orders

Does not dry hands. Only a small drop is needed to clean both hands.
