Gives extra flexibility to how you wear your barefoot shoes comfort wise. I’ve got the 6mm in Geocourts for max comfort as my every day work shoes, especially appreciated for long days at big conferences etc when your feet get tired. Got the 3mm ones in Primus lites which are for gym and some every day, I put them under the standard soles which I am not sure is the idea but I find more comfortable, I have low volume feet so not a problem for me. The thicker ones definitely make my feet feel a bit hotter but then it is the hottest summer ever, and I’d rather have that than tired feet!
