Lime Fused First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I love this company. Lime is probably not for everyone but there are so many amazing flavors to chose from.

I use the lime olive oil and blueberry vinegar as salad dressing and it is absolutely wonderful.

Had this at my neighbor's house, drizzled over summer sliced local tomatoes. She also added champagne vinegar. Fantastic.
