The confirmation of my order clearly wrote 3x COCOA. Instead they sent me 3x COFFEE and then, initially without even an zpology, expected me to return the unsolicited goods myself. And their phone number is no longer in use. A shame to have such poor customer service because - although I don’t like the coffee flavour - I do like the Cocoa. They didn’t even offer to send e.g. one cocoa sachet extra when sending the three replacement sachets - to compensate me for my time and costs returning the item
