Such great variations of this move. I really enjoyed watching this, despite feeling bad for the guy who probably spent a long time after the shoot with an ice pack on his shoulder.

Another great series by Neil Melanson. It has tons of important details. Everyone at the gym knows how to do a kimura, but only a few guys are really effective with it. This is a great resource to learn how to make yours work.
