Big improvement...not quite the plug-n-play solution I expected...

So, overall I'm happy with them. Positives: Installation was pretty easy. Did it at the same time as installing a Snabb Short-Throw kit. Shifter feel is much better. No increase in NVH inside the car. Negatives: Bearings did not fit tightly in the end of the shifter cable. The ID of the hole is not the same as the ID for the bushings I removed, so the plastic piece with the spring-clip needed to be modified to make these work.

Easy to install. You need to get the air box out of the way. Slight but noticeable improvement when shifting, Smother and easier shifting.
