Carrot Cake Tray Cake

I brough it to work for a party and thought maybe I would have a piece later on but it was all gone!

The carrot cake and macaroons were enjoyed by all. The carrot cake was moist and delicious. Our celiac granddaughter did not like the sandwich bread but perhaps her mom will try grilled cheese or toast. My understanding is that palatable gluten free bread is hard to find. I also purchased a broccoli/cheese quiche and demi loaf for the family. Will let you. know.

Absolutely love this carrot cake. It is being used aa a birthday cake several times this month.
