Quality Tie & Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a Columbia Foulard Silk Tie, Bluish Grey / Silver for a wedding event using standard shipping. The material and workmanship of the tie is of excellent quality. Due to Covid the multiple shipping services were slow to pick up the tie, I was very nervous I was not going to receive the tie in time for the wedding, so I emailed Dark Knot my concerns and they sent the tie expedited service by DHL for no additional charge. Excellent Customer Service and email communication. I will definitely buy from Dark Knot again
