Fantastic product, great packaging super quick service only downside is that you do need to wear gloves otherwise the stains can stay on your hands for a few days ( I know it says it easy washes of but , trust me it doesn’t lol) but that aside it is a fantastic product which is easy to use, great vibrancy, use as a full head colour or just to use as a touch up,, highly recommend I used the purple hair colour and have received soooo many compliments

First tried color brown. It turned out too dark (almost black). Then tied blonde. Turned out red(ish). Then I tried light brown and it still turned out red (like red/golden blonde, like a golden retriever dog) I like that I can apply it easily. Normally I give it more than 10 minutes to settle, the color results have not been what I expected. What am I doing wrong? I highly like that I can do it myself. That I do not depend on other people (salon) to do it. But not really happy with the results. Help me if you can. Thank you

stained hands and bench tops contacted polar absolutely no information regarding the product and the fact that none of what happened was their fault just extremely poor excuses and shifting the blame the ad claims full money back guarantee instead I was offered only 40% i purchased the product on the facts the ad stated instead i was left a mess in my bathroom and still stained tiles and bench tops plus my hands were stained purple after washing my hands with ammonia and bicarb was the only way I could get it off. horrible customer service multipile emails back and forth with nobody able to quantify the claims made in the add at first i was told I had purchased a fake product but when they saw it was all legitimate the ridiculous email thread commenced. no thank you i have no time for this rubbish if I could give it 0 I would
