Good product - lack of communication and slow shipping

I had a previous version and really liked it. I placed an order for the new version and heard nothing for a week. I contacted MORE and a couple of days later they said they were in the oven and shipping soon. I did get it and like it but the communication was poor.

Perfect Accessory for My Lifted Jeep

I added a 2 1/2” lift to my stock 2023 Jeep Rubicon JL and moved from 33” tires to 35”. With the added height, my wife and some of our friends had difficulty getting into the Jeep. I added the MORE Hide a Steps and problem solved. They are sturdy, fairly easy to install and are barely noticeable.
