Fire Extinguisher Bracket for Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited 4 Door (2018+)

Awesome addition to the Jeep

I added some new cargo bags to my Jeep recently and with that my existing Fire extinguisher mount no longer worked. I searched around for a while and eventually found this unit, and boy am I glad I did. This is a very week thought out and made piece of gear, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade from what I was previously using. This thing is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it.

Some trimming required

Nice mount. As clearly stated every attempt is made to fit but 2024 JLUR needs about a 1/2” square cut out of the top corner to fit. I also put a washer behind each mounting hole to gain a little more clearance. Quick spray with paint and all good. Unable to replace factory trim as suggested with minimal trimming. It would require a significant chunk out of the top to clear. Didn’t want to go that far so I just left off. Looks fine for me.

Very nice design. And when the straps relax just tie a knot to make it shorter. Also the straps are available everywhere. Bolt holes are where they should be. Allows the fire extinguisher to be mounted high enough to make it easy to grab when you’ve got cargo in the rear. Easy to cut the plastic to replace that.
