S (yellow)

The charms are cute, but only received 6 out of the 8 that I ordered. When I got in touch with EPJ to let them know, they said the missing charms would be be mailed out that day. Fast forward to almost 5 weeks later, after I had requested tracking information, twice, and received no response, I followed up again with EPJ as I still hadn’t received the missing charms and received the response from Jeannie that they were mailed to the wrong address (aka. were never sent), and that she would be “personally mailing the missing charms” that same day. Well, that was on March 8th, it’s now March 13th and the charms STILL haven’t been mailed. I’m honestly at a loss and at this point, would just like my money back.
