Bold, Smoky BBQ Flavor

The sauce has a bold, smoky flavor and a nice consistency that worked well on the pulled chicken sliders. For my personal taste, the smoke flavor was a little stronger than I prefer and reminded me of liquid smoke. If you love a really smoky BBQ sauce, that may actually be a plus for you. I personally prefer a more balanced sweet-and-tangy BBQ flavor, so this one wasn’t quite a five-star sauce for me.
