My husband loves his ring. It’s so classy looking and when we had a concern with loose piece (the wood inside) customer service was on it and sent a replacement. We are very happy with the product and company in general!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to purchase anything from them. I purchased a ring for my wife with ample time to fulfill the order for Christmas. They failed to notify me that it was on back order. How I found out was do to me reaching out concerned that it wasn’t here yet for Christmas. They told me there issue and apologized. They said they would give me a special gift box for my troubles. Well they gave me a white cardboard box that ran them maybe $1.00. Do to there lack of preparedness they couldn’t fill my order until Jan 19th. That when USPS finally delivered my wife’s Christmas present. I’m very disappointed. I’m also not happy that there resolution was a CHEAP white cardboard box. It tells me that they love my money but not my loyalty! Which I have none now. As a company your idea of a gift box as a resolution for my troubles is a complete slap in the face! 😡 Sincerely a VERY dissatisfied customer. PS Manly Bands will treat you better!
