éline™ - Line Smoother

Ordered on the 17th August , received a free sponge on the 27th August. Still waiting for the line smoother and when I try to track there’s absolutely no info . Won’t be ordering again even if I like the line smoother!!! Not even an email explaining or even apologising for the delay , very poor customer service .

Absolutely useless, tried it and threw it in the rubbish

It was great cant wait to try this out
