Please please be aware of site. I ordered this product one time and never signed up for subscription and they tell you that you can go in and manage your subscription, but that’s not true. They just give you the runaround and never cancel your subscription. This is so horrifying and I’ve been dealing with this for the last three months. This is terrible. I would never ever subscribe to them again and please be aware of this site product does not work.

I am extremely disappointed with CYPERGLOW this company and their unacceptable business practices. I was charged back in April for a purchase that I never received. Since then, I have received no proper communication, no resolution, and no effort from this company to correct the situation. they have continued trying to charge me every month for a subscription I never agreed to. I intended to make a one-time purchase only. Charging customers for products not delivered and unauthorized subscriptions is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and respect.

It never turned up. Communication almost impossible, waited over a month for the order and it still hasn't arrived despite them telling me it's in its way. Very very disappointed. Do not recommend. Also there is no free gift. Ever.
